Leader mini bust (Hulk) - Bowen Designs

Originally the Leader (Real Name: Samuel Stern) was a laborer possessed of average IQ who, while moving a load of gamma irradiated waste, was caught in an explosion that bombarded him with radiation. Stern survived the blasts and was placed under observation for several days. It was during this time that the startling transformation that paved the way for the insidious future of The Leader bean to manifest.

Sterns' brain was turned to overdrive, as he learned that he could learn anything in moment, read at a superhuman level, remember everything that has ever happened to him, gained a super-heightened intuition, telepathy and mind control powers, and even the ability to transfer his consciousness into other living beings!
